A multiple case study utilizing Pierce-Stillwagon chiropractic care on 5 patients with neck and/or low back pain who have pelvic unleveling was performed. The parameter of pelvic unleveling was determined by the Metrecom skeletal analysis system, using the pelvic analysis parameter. The purpose of this study was to determine if biomechanical changes in the pelvis and a concomitant reduction in pain can be affected using the PST method, specifically by leveling the pelvis. Although the data on pelvic leveling was inconclusive, a significant (p=.031) reduction in pain was produced .
